This workshop is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to write letters, memos, reports and emails in "Plain Language". A "Plain Language" approach ensures that any written document will meet the following criteria for the reader:
It will be able to be read in one reading.
The reader will understand at the first reading.
The reader will be able to take action when the reading is complete.
In keeping with our era of do more with less time and fewer resources, each written communication will meet the triple "E" formula:
