The Robcan Group provides workplace and team mediation services. The goal of these services is to support workplace groups to develop more positive productive work environments. Our mediation approach is generally a 5-step process:
Step 1: Individual interviews to clarify the work culture and environment
Step 2: Preparation of a summary report to outline the patterns of concern and changes needed
Step 3: Debrief of the report including recommendations for moving ahead in positive and productive ways
Step 4: Working session to implement recommendations and develop an action plan
Step 5: Implementation of action plan with possible working agreement or team charter to support a successful outcome
The Robcan Group has completed successful team mediation for over 40 working groups. These include teams working in government, industry, non-profit organizations, cooperatives, institutions, boards and committees.
