Volunteers are the backbone of so many events, activities and projects. Who are they? Do they know how much we appreciate them? Learn some new strategies for sharing and articulating your gratitude for all of the work and support that volunteers provide. What do they need in order to feel recognized, awarded and rewarded? Communication may be the key to volunteer appreciation. We need to do everything we can to let them know that they are a huge part of our team success. We couldn’t do it without them!
